Not sure if this is exactly what you are loking for, but I got the Pregnancy Journal and like it. It has really interesting daily information on the baby's development and what is likely happening w/mom, tidbits on pregnancy traditions and quotes, and room to write stuff in too.
TTK 9/06 / TTC 10/08 / Twins 12/11 / Life Blog 5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl), FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w, twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest Our twins born @36w4d via CS when A came foot first
Well, it isn't a journal, but I love the Mayo Clinic Guide as far as pregnancy books go - very thorough with a newborn care section. . . and it isn't written like WTEWYE, which I feel uses a lot of scare tactics.

I like it because it doesn't expect you to write your every thought or feeling each day, but rather focuses on memorable moments, milestones, etc.
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And HOPE does not dissappoint. Romans 5:3-5

Thankful for every day
Totally agree with this. Also, I just bought a pregnancy journal today. Here's a link to the one I purchased https://www.amazon.com/My-Pregnancy-Journal-Alex-Lluch/dp/1934386243/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1312220268&sr=8-4
