I just started 2 weeks ago to help me get rid of the baby weight but I'm a little confused. I have only lost 5 pounds and I get 29 points a day....so does my point allowance get recalculated? or does it ever?
When is your next meeting? I would ask there. I don't think they adjust till you hit your first 10% (my mom did it, so I only know what she has told me)

Are you doing it online or in meetings? I know when I told them online that I was BF that they recalculated it automatically online. When I did it in the past they measured points by your weight. Once you hit another weight category they will usually drop it. But that was with the old program.
I just joined. It is like 53 for three months. I am nursing so i have 43 points a day and then an extra 49 a week... that seems like an insane amount of points to me.
I am not sure that it is worth the 53 dollars if you can figure out how many points you are allowed then you can find most of the point information online. I joined online and all that I get is a point tracker which i really could have done myself... I will see how it works though.
I'm also doing it online...it's easier for me! I didn't know that 29 was the lowest you could go...in the old WW program I think you could have gone down to 20 points. I also like doing it online because I can type in a restaurants name (chain restaurants) and pick out what I can eat.
After the 3 months I plan on just following it on my own....I'll write down a list of different foods and track the points in a journal or something. Thank you for the info!
With the new PointsPlus system, your points will automatically recalculate for online members. Also, for those that are wondering about the base being 20 points...that's the old system. The new PointsPlus system uses a different conversion than the old system therefore the points are higher. I do believe 29 may be the base level, but I'm not sure.
