Hello ladies! So I know I'm probably being just another paranoid mamma... but yesterday there was a little bit of pink blood on my TP. It only happened once, since then nothing. I have had some cramping, but I've had cramping the entire time I've known I'm pregnant.
Another little bit that has been worrying me is that I'm not nearly as sick as I have been. I keep hearing these stories of woman so sick that they're throwing up all the time. And lately I'll just get a little sick to my stomach from time to time and that's it.
I'm going to call my doctor today at some point just to ease my nerves, but what do you guys think? Has anyone else experianced any of this? Is this real cause for concern or should I just relax and not worry about it?
Re: Pink Blood and Not as sick???
I had the same thing happen. I actually lost ALL of my prego symptoms and then a couple days later had some light red/pink spotting. I panicked, of course, and posted that I was certain there was no way I was PG any more because I just did not feel like I was. I am very happy to say that despite the minor mental break down all is well. I did call my doctor and he went ahead with a u/s just to be safe, really I think it was just to make me feel better, and all was well complete with a little flicker of a heartbeat.
btw . . . my symptoms are back. I never have gotten sick to my stomach, but my breast are super sore and I still have occassional cramping. I get dizzy every great once in a while and I get tired more often than normal, but other than that, I really feel pretty good.
Lots of positive thoughts/t&ps your way!
I don't think the "not as sick" is anything to worry about. Symptoms come and go as your body adusts to things. For what it's worth, this whole weekend I was upset thinking I wasn't as sick as I had been. Fast forward to this morning when I threw up in my mouth and ALMOST everywhere else, but managed to hold it in. I'm pretty sure symptoms ebbing and flowing are normal.
And my nurse told me some spotting is fine, and not to worry unless it's a lot of red blood with clots.

Remember symptoms come and go. I would call your doctor if it will ease your mind, but I am sure it is nothing. Spotting may be normal throughout pregnancy and what you described doesn't really sound like true spotting. Don't worry

This is my first pregnancy, and every little thing makes me nervous. I really appreciate the support and positive words!
For some reason I had thought that any spotting was a bad sign... it's good to know that some spotting is normal.
