Glad I can help. My LO weighs 20lbs, I don't think I could carry him on the front right now. We do the back carry and hip carry, I love the hip carry and so does he. =-)

Speaking of back carry.... I have tried this a couple times so I could try to cook dinner (which is impossible with her in the front), but she keeps trying to lean over the side or lay back over the top of the carrier. I'm so freaked she's going to topple out while she's on my back so now I won't do it when I'm home alone with her. Does anyone else have this problem?

No, I don't have that problem. If you have her in there right it shouldn't be possible really. Does it look like this?

yep. though she does get her arm over the straps, which i can't really fix from in front...and i think she is using my back to push off and up (if that makes sense). i think i just need to wait until she less wriggly to trust her back there if i'm by myself.
