sick...what to take?

DH has been sick the past few days and it looks like I finally caught it. I hate not knowing what to take! I'm going to call my dr in the morning but this stinks!

Colds are hard. You can take the tylenol or cough drops. My friend took cold-eeze when she was pregnant. Also a saline nasal spray helps.

You can take Mucinex, not the D or the DM. Also use the saline spray- it will help a lot.

i took some tylenol already and will take pm before i go to bed so hopefully i sleep through the night. thanks!

there are a few things that are safe, but i really would recommend that you not take anything if possible. if you have a fever over 101, that's different. i had a bad cold two weeks ago and my dr really encouraged me to tough it out. he said mostly because it was first tri and if i was his wife he wouldn't want me to take anything. it was a rough 3-4 days, but once it was over i was glad that i didn't take anything. GL!

I have stck out this cold aside from the occasional Tylenol and although it has SUCKED and I'm still having m/s (cruel) I am glad I didn't take too much.
