If you are worried about popularity, Quinn is a very risky choice. It was one of the fastest-trending names of 2010, leaping from #487 to #253 nationally. That is a huge, huge jump for one year. As long as Glee stays popular and unisex names for girls stay in fashion, it will keep climbing astronomically. I would not be surprised if it becomes a top 50 name in the next 5 years.
ETA: Oops, I just noticed that you have a blue badge. Quinn is becoming very popular for girls. I know one man named Quinn (early 20s).
I know quite a few Quinns.
Girls ages: 1, 2, 2, 6
Boys ages: 2, 3, 5, 14
The 14 yo boy is Quentin, though. But has gone by Quinn his whole life. All the girls and two of the boys go by Quinny.

Haven't met one or heard of one in my area-- boy or girl (Oklahoma)

I know 2 little girls with this name.. one Quinn and one Quinlan
Love both (for girls- not a fan of it for boys)
