thought I would share a loverly moment in my life from today

I was at Costco today and there was a 24 hr fitness guy there selling memberships. I walked passed without a glance and he said - hey, lady, I can help you with that gut of yours if you let me.

Indifferent

I said, I don't think you could unless you've gone to medical school recently and I'm assuming you have possibly a high school education. [i never EVER talk like this! where did I get the guts?]

He said, what? I'm just trying to help you out here.

I said, I'm four months pregnant. Get over yoruself.

I wish I had a picture to show you girls. I really hope I don't still just look fat. My husband rolled his eyes when I told him - he doesn't like to answer the "do I look fat" question.

    WhoTF says that to ANY one, especially ones they are trying to solicit business from!?  Holy sheetz.  That is truly unprofessional and I would have complained to Costco.  You still could and should, IMO.

    Yeah, I would complain to both Costco AND 24 Hour Fitness!  It is NOT okay to say that to anyone...EVER.

    I would call and complain at both Costco and 24 hour fitness. That is completely unacceptable. I'm so glad you had a quick comeback!
    After two losses, a rainbow arrived! DD born 11.5.11
    Dx with severe Asherman's syndrome after a botched PP D&C (pursuing med mal)
    Hysteroscopy Oct '13, not enough progress 
    Hysteroscopy Jan '14, given an end-of-the-road diagnosis
    Joined International Asherman's Association April '14 
    Not ready to give up yet.
    Hysteroscopy with Dr. Isaacson (an expert in the USA) 6.2.14: Good prognosis, at least 50% of cavity open.
    Repeat hysteroscopy scheduled with Dr. I on 6.16.14. Great progress. Unbenched!!!!
    Discussing actively TTC with DH after the heartache of the last year. We're both reeling.

    What a jerk!  Good for you!  I'd like to think I'd have the balls to say that in that situation, but I'm not sure I would.
