crafts?

in 2nd Trimester
Anyone know if any of the craft stores carry anything for a nursery? I was thinking of making a mobile but I'm not too crafty and I thought maybe there might be kits out there for that or other decor.

    I've worked at both JoAnns and Michaels. I've never seen a mobile kit at either place. You might have better luck finding something online.

    ETA Both stores don't have much as far as baby stuff goes, mainly stuff for baby showers. However, you can find cute baby themed stuff in the scrapbooking sections!

    I googled DIY mobile kit and this https://www.etsy.com/listing/58657259/diy-bird-mobile-kit was the first that came up.  When I made my mobiles I just found one that I liked and got the supplies at a craft store so I could copy it.

    Walmart sells little stuffed animals (Im not sure what they are called, but they are tiny-and have hundreds of different kinds of animals) around $1 ea. You can easily thread/loop a string thru the necks of each, and add buttons/bows with a glue gun, make a cross with dowel rods (drill a hole thru one end) and knot the ends of the strings to the ends of the dowl rods.

    It makes sense in my head, and Im sure if I had all the stuff to make it with...it would look cute! Ill attempt this one this mext weekend! and post pics. Good luck and be creative!!
