I'm sure many of you have felt this way, and have heard the same worries from others, but I was having some terrible ms earlier this week, even tossed my cookies once during the week. Yesterday and today I have been fine. Sore BB's come and go, but mostly go.
I know each pg is different, but I had horrible naussea with DD and with my mmc in my last pg, except I remember thinking I was feeling better a few days before we found out about the mmc.
Another week from tomorrow until my first appt. Please help me put my mind at ease.

This exactly!
I had the same worries. It is so hard for us since we remember what it was like and we try to analyze all the ins and outs of this pregnancy. Remember that today you are pregnant and you love your baby. *hugs* I would like to tell you that the worry goes away but it hasn't for me. [see post a few down] I'm all in a flutter bc of RLP.
Symptoms come and go and each pg can be different. Some people can have perfectly fine pregnancies and little to no symptoms in 1st Tri. My current pregnancy is an example of that: no puking, mild everything else (a few days of bad nausea, but thats it), negligible super smell, etc. My m/c pregnancy, however, I was way more nauseous and definitely had super smell.
The days leading up to appts, especially early ones when its so hard to know what's going on otherwise, are such a mindfvck. I hope this next week passes quickly for you and you get great news at your appt. In the meantime, I found repeating the PGAL mantra to be helpful while I was awaiting my first u/s, "Today I am pregnant, and I love my baby"
