BLPL101:I wouldn't pronounce them the same. I'd pronounce Hailey like hay-lee and Haley like hal-lee. I like them both, but prefer Hailey.
I see two entirely separate names there,
Hailey is Hi-leigh
Haley is Hah-leigh
If Hay-leigh is what you're shooting for, I'd go with Hayley.
I disagree with PP that Hailey = Hi-lee and prefer that spelling.
Though because of Hayley Mills (Parent Trap / Pollyanna) I have a fondness for her spelling.
