Storing BM in a regular freezer

How long does BM last in a regular old freezer as opposed to a deep freezer? I am trying to create a small stash to combine with formula when I return to work in 4 months.

    About 3 months in a regular freezer.

    If you use a deep freeze, you can go 6-12 months. I vacuum seal and deep freeze, and our LC said my milk's good for 12 months.

    My LC said the rule is "5-5-5."  5 hours at room temperature, 5 days in a refrigerator, and 5 months in a regular freezer.
