Any one use a post partum support belt?

I definitly could of used one the first time around. My back was so sore and no core muscles for support. Any reccomendations?

    Check out Motherhood Maternity, I got mine from there for $20  & it's super comfortable, even to bed.

    I got one at the hospital after having my c-section. I wish I had it the first time around. Maybe you could get one from your OB?
