F/U T's Appointment

So her appointment went great today! Thank you all for the good thoughts! Her hole is still there but smaller than it was the last time so that is very good news. The Dr. now thinks that it is probably just the normal hole that babies are born with that typically close fully by the age of 2. He said at this point judging by how it looked today she won't need surgery. He also said he doesn't think it's a bad idea to have the new baby checked out by them as one of the other Dr's in the practice had told me, but that we don't need to do it as soon as he/she's born. He wants to do another re-check on T in one year.

    Great news! My brother had the hole that didn't close right after birth.  The only impact it had on his life is that he had to take antibotics every time he went to the dentist. That's it though and hopefully her's will be fully closed soon!
