I've just started doing JM's Ripped in 30 this week. On day 1, I was truly pathetic. I was embarrassed at how badly I did, and nobody else was around.
Today was day 5, and I got through the WHOLE THING without having to stop. Admittedly, I'm doing the modified version, but still. That's a long way to come in just 5 days. Just had to give myself a pat on the back.
