Sex anyone???

Has anyone had sex postpartum?  My baby boy is 6 weeks old, the doctor gave us the green light so we tried.  It was a little painful and I did not enjoy it as much as I remember.  This made me sad.....what have others experienced?

    It was so painful after my first baby that this time I held out until ... this morning. :) Poor DH. He was really patient, and it honestly wasn't as bad as I'd feared.

    The secret is plenty of lubricant. And time. It will get better pretty quickly.

    We did it at about 7 weeks. I'm still not fully healed as of now, it was a little painful, but only at first. And thisis tmi but I'm pretty sure the big O is better than before I had LO, either that or it had been so long it just seemed like it. Haha. But we didn't use any lube, even though that's what everyone says to do and it was fine.

    Lot's of foreplay, lube and patience! It gets better!

    No sex yet because I'm getting the IUD next week but when I went for my PP exam, it hurt like a mother, even though I only had a one degree tear. I'm a little scared to be honest with you but I guess we'll see how it goes next week.

    7 weeks pp and we tried with plenty of lube and well, I guess I am still not fully healed yet from my 3rd degree tear.  I opened up at least one tear again.  So I guess we are waiting another couple of weeks.  It probably comes from overdoing it in the weeks just pp rather than letting myself heal properly.Sad
