Any pessary users?

Has anyone here used/currently using a pessary? My cervix is very low and so is the baby. The Dr. wants me to see how I feel when I go back to work this week, but said a pessary might help. I have been having a lot of pressure and that "falling out" feeling. I have NOT been diagnosed with a uterine prolapse. If you do use it- did you find that it helped? Why did you use it? Benefits? Risks? Any help would be appreciated!

    FYI, I paged CLAYLIOVER, and it's her birthday tonight and she's kid-free, but I'm sure she will get to you once she's recovered from her night out.  LOL.
