Hi Ladies!!!
I'm back, after taking a break from the boards, i just was going through a rough patch, just tired of all the waiting and disappointment, but i FINALLY have news!!!
My GH was APPROVED by the insurance!! yay!! 
I just got the shipment in the mail yesterday!! woohoo, will be starting injections tomorrow! I'll be taking Nortitropin .25mg for the 1st month, .5mg the next month...
AND...
Went to the RE today, we start cycling for our 1st IUI cycle!!!!! ahhh!!!! I'M SOOOOO EXCITED, you all know how long i've been waiting!!!!
He's very happy with all of our progress, and that I finally got the GH therapy started!!!
So I'm continuing on estrace until they order me luveris, I'll be taking luveris, then after 5 days, start taking prometrium as well for 10 days, then stop for AF, then starting Follistim 50 IUs...he informed me that if all goes well, i'll be needing full luteal support which will most likely be in injection form...but i don't care, i'll take any needle i need!! I'm just SOOO excited to have REAL update with REAL news!!!
I really missed you ladies!!! Please update me on any news, I have A LOT of catching up to do, although some of you ladies I am in touch with on fb...

D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
IVF - May - BFN
6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
10/13 - BFP!!

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
