NT Scan Results and FB Official

They called with NT Scan results today. Less than 1% chance for downs and trisomy.

They did say my bloodwork indicated a higher risk for pre-term labor, preclampsyia and below normal growth. They called it something specific, but I can't remember the medical terminology. She said nothing to worry about, but it will mean they will be checking me by ultrasound more often to keep track of growth. Hey I have no problem with getting to see LO more often! She also said they see this with a lot of IVF patients.

Since we received the good news, DH allowed me to become FB official!!!!!

So my post read: Our Christmas Miracle will be arriving about a month late this year! After a long 4 years of tears and treatments, Mr B and I are excited to announce Little Baby B is due 1/23/12!!!!!

So excited to finally be out to the world

aw yay for being fb official! DH let me finally after our N/T scan the other day! Congratulations!!

I wonder how they can tell all that other stuff by your blood work..

I'm glad your risk of birth defects is low. Hopefully, your pregnancy and delivery risks won't be an issue. I just outed myself on FB yesterday and was overwhelmed at the kind replies. Yay for being out!
