Hi All,
Our family recently discovered that my MUCH younger sister is pregnant and to protect her privacy I'll just say she's not in a position to be a parent at this stage in her life. My husband and I know how valuable and precious this child is and we're trying to encourage her to consider adoption. I truly think it would help if we were able to get her in contact with an adoption agency or adoption advocate that may be able to give her unbiased advice and information on the process and her options. Does anyone know of a service that may be able to help us? Also, can you think of anything that we can do to support or encourage her decision? TIA
Re: AZ Adoption Information
Do you know if she would rather go through a lawyer or an agency? Is she in the Phoenix or Tucson area? I am in AZ and am happy to look into some resources for you.
I'm sending you a private message.
Since she sounds pretty young I would probably recommend an agency rather than a lawyer. There are some really good lawyers out there but not always do they setup counseling. I sent you a PM with a couple agencies. I am praying for your family!
