Does anyone have experience charting and working night shift? Even though I always take my temp after at least a solid 4-6 hours of sleep, it seems "off". It always seems higher when I temp after working all night, as opposed to a regular full night of sleep. I just don't know if I can trust it. Anyone have experience with this?
Re: BBT and working night shift, anyone?
I know there are a few other shifters on here. I am really lucky I have had a long stretch of days this cycle. I did attempt to chart when TTC#1 and never got crosshairs. I was SO frusturated by the end of the cycle! I got my BFP tho!
TCOYF says it should still show a thermal shift even when doing shifts as long as you get the minimum 4ish hours sleep in.

I work an occasional night shift or two every couple weeks...I just started temping this cycle. I found my temps on those days to be wayyyy high, and totally threw my charting off. Check out my chart in link below. I'm hoping next cycle goes better :-)
