Ball Freezer containers

Last year I bought a bunch of these and I found that at least 1/3 of them have cracked in the bottoms. So when I take them out they leak and obviously I throw out what is in them.
Did this happen to anyone else? Are they just not mean to be stacked in a deep freeze? I kept headspace and everything.
I'm back to using freezer bags and I cannot stand the thought that I will be throwing them out.
Any other suggestions?
