Favor card wording

I am giving a Pretty as a Peach babyshower because the mothers dad is a peach farmer. We are giving jars of peach preserves from the families farm as a favor to guest. I am looking for some wording for the favor tags. I was thinking at the end it would have something like "made with love by Pawpaw (name)" have any ideas?

    I'm assuming the baby is a girl? I think your theme is also your favor tag: "(LOs name) is 'pretty as a peach'! Made with love by X".

    This!  BTW, I LOVE the theme!  If it weren't for the connection, it would be a bit cheesy, but how perfect for your family!
