I saw your update in the 3T grads post (but was afraid you might not see a reply), and I just wanted to say that at my first u/s (at 5w5d) all we saw was a tiny gestational sac and a little tiny dot that was the yolk sac. I went back at 7w5d for a repeat and saw a baby! I really think that what you saw was exactly what you were supposed to see given the day in your pregnancy!

6 failed clomid/femara/TI cycles, 1 failed clomid/ovidrel/IUI cycle
Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP

2/13/12 - We proudly welcomed our daughter, Hadley Teresa!

    Thank you so much for posting this!!!!  He was concerned that the sac was smaller than normal but I think when he got my beta back at 2,000 he felt better.  At least that's what hope I'm holding on to!!

    Beta 7/18/11 - 149!!! Beta 7/21/11 - 311 Beta 7/28/11 - 2,000 8/5/11 - Empty Sac 8/8/11 - There's a yolk sac and maybe a heartbeat 8/12/11 - Fetal pole, yolk sac, heartbeat 8/18/11 - Baby looks GREAT!

    I also went in at 5w5d and only saw a gestational sac, no yolk sac.  When I went in at 7w2d I was measuring a little behind so that's probably why we didn't see much.  Good luck to you next week!

    I'm so sorry for your loss on baby B, love2b .... but thank you for sharing your story with me.  These are all giving me some hope that maybe I just have a little slower grower in there. :)
