A/S went well (pip)

I had my a/s yesterday and everything went well. They got all the measurements except for the specific ones of the heart. He's right under my bellybutton so they couldn't get the shots they needed. I have to go back in 6 weeks for another u/s and fetal echo. Little man looked good though!

I was at the MFM yesterday for 2 1/2 hours! The first hour and a half were spent in the waiting room. This is the second time I've been there for over 2 hours. Anyone else's MFM run that late??

    I haven't been officially yet but I work with them and refer to them from my practice.  I'm already prepared for my nt scan to be a minimum of 3 hours.

    Congrats on a great scan.

    Glad everything looked good!   Sorry you had to wait so long at your MFM.  I've only been to the MFM once so far and didn't have to wait very long, so I'm hoping I get lucky next time. 

    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    I was totally thinking of you yesterday when I was there. I was telling DH how often you have to go and I was telling him that I hoped these long appointments aren't like that for you. Sorry to hear that they are. I just wanna rip my hair out everytime I'm there!!!

    Yay for a good scan...and my MFM takes forever...my a/s there was close to 3 hours (1 hour waiting, hour scan, 30 minutes waiting for post doc consult, and then 15 minutes of talking iwth her).  I was exhausted when I was done!
    TTC since April 2009 dx = PCOS; TTC History for DS - A FET miracle after 7 IUIs; 2 fresh transfers, and 1 other FET resulted in BFNs. Hoping and Praying for baby #2: Cycle 1 - FET; November 2012 BFN Next Steps - who knows? Lilypie Second Birthday tickers

    Hooray for a great scan!!

    I've gone to MFM for pre-conception counseling only, but I've never had to wait long and they always spend a lot of time with me.

    I don't see a MFM, but I am going on my third anatomy scan since they can't get all the detailed shots they need.  My LO keeps hanging out behind my belly button, which casts shadows on their u/s screen.  Definitely causing trouble already!  Though I'm glad b/c it means I get to see her more!  :)
