  Congrats on the appointment. 

  I think those little car mats are cute- and my 2 little girls play with cars and trains all the time!!

  I was given very specific instructions for water drinking for my appt, and honestly didn't follow them at all. I always have a bottle of water with me, so I just drank water like I normally do, and didn't "go" right before the appt (although I did right before we left the house- it's a 25 min drive, and I figured I would have to wait a few min as well). The baby was easily visible. I was requested to empty my bladder about 3/4 of the way through the appt, which is normal.

  for my first u/s i followed the water guidelines, and i had to pee so bad i was in physical pain! this last time, i just drank what i normally would, and my bladder was plenty full enough to get what they needed!
