Counting the time since my m/c

Do you count from the day your m/c started or from when your bleeding stopped? I'm wondering how worried I should be about my missing AF. I took misoprostol on 6/14 and the bleeding stopped 6/20 and I have yet to see her. How long after your m/c was it before yours returned to you?

I am almost 6 weeks post D&C and still haven't seen AF

My Doctor said it can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. But I didn't miscarry naturally so I don't know if that makes a difference. I'm sorry for your loss and good luck with AF!

My doctor told me that to not be concerned unless it was 8 weeks after even my follow-up appointment, which was 2 weeks after bleeding had stopped. So, I think anywhere in the 10 week window from when bleeding stopped was normal.

I got mine 5 weeks after bleeding stopped. The most important factor is when your HCG levels were zero. Have you had bloodwork done?

I have not had bloodwork done, but after my m/c I took a pregnancy test every couple days until it came up negative so I would have an idea, and I was negative on 6/28.

If you m/c naturally I would consider the end date the last day you had the most major bleeding/clots pass. I bled for almost 3 weeks naturally after the heaviest bleeding day, and then AF came a week days after the bleeding completely stopped.

My major clotting was over on 6/16, and then I spotted until 6/20. I feel like I should have had a period by now, I am a young woman aren't we supposed to bounce back more quickly? I called my doctor and she wants to send me for a serum test to see whats going on in there.
