Hello All!
SO I am in a work-out rut!! When I was pregnant with DS I had the luxury of hitting the gym most days. But now with a LO I have gotten used to getting my work-outs from DVD's.
I have most all of the Jillian Michaels DVD's and have currently been doing the Slim in 6 "Burn It Up".
But I just need something different!
Unless I want to get out at 6 AM it is too hot where I live to walk outside.
What are you ladies doing for exercise? Please any suggestions for variety that will give me a good (but safe) burn will be MUCH appreciated!!
Thank you all SO much
Re: Work-Out DVD Suggestions?
Don't know if these are "intense" enough if you've been doing full-fledged workouts, but I've enjoyed these two:
Suzanne Bowen's Long and Lean Prenatal Workout
as well as
Summer Sander's Prenatal Workout
Both don't get you sweating like a regular workout would, but they have been great for the intensity I want during pregnancy.
Denise Austin has a good pregnancy work-out dvd (The title is escaping me right now). I know people either love her or hate her. I like her cause she's not twig-thin and is always just a little bit off on her rhythm and counts. haha. Makes me feel more human then someone who is robot perfect during their work outs.
I really like this pilates dvd....Its 10 minute work outs for different areas of your body so you can do as little or as many as you want.
