Re: Opinions on these 3 names...

  • I like Everly (but don't see any reason to spell it that way).

Georgia is darling. I fail to see the point in giving a two-syllable name a NN, but I think Georgie is common. In The Duchess, Keira Knightley's character Georgiana went by "G," which was cute.

  • As for a girls name?

Do not like Everleigh, sound to made up for my taste.

Hartley sounds like an English name for a boy but also NMS.

Georgia would be my pick out of the three but still NMS.

  • I like Georgia!  Hartley sounds like a boys name for me (if you are suggesting it for a girl).

Everleigh/Everly and Hartley are bad, just bad.

Georgia is very pretty!  NN's could be G, Gigi, Georgie, Gia(?).

  • If I had to pick from those I'd choose Everly - spelled normal.

  • Georgia is definitely the best!  I don't think it needs a nickname, but if you really want one, I think Georgie is cute.  I had a friend in high school who went by Georgie and it totally worked for her.  :)

  • Please pick Georgia
  • Georgias a hard one to have a nn for. And I don't understand why people base names on nn. Anyways, we call her Peach sometimes...and that's about it. Or joja, when DS couldn't say her name properly...that's how he would say it and would would sometimes say it to be silly.

  • Georgia. If you need a set nickname before she's here, I like PPs suggestions of Gia and Gigi, though I don't think it needs a nn.

  • Two of my friends have daughters named Georgia and they both call them "G" for short. The other two names sound made up and cheesy.
  • I only like Georgia. I could maybe get on board with Everly but Hartley is just awful. 'G' is the only nickname I can think of for Georgia, but it's such a gorgeous name I wouldn't shorten it. Maybe just have a nickname you use that is unrelated to her name. I call DD bug.

  • I prefer Georgia by a mile.
  • My Great-Great-Aunt's name was Georgina, and we all called her Gina, but with a hard g (guh) sound.

  • My favorite is Georgia. I wouldn't use a nickname for it, but you could call her "Gia." I think it is a beautiful name and it's unique without being "youneek."

Hartley and Everleigh are both part of the lee/leigh/ley trend that I'm not really a fan of. Hartley is too last namey + Harley motorcycles to me. Everleigh is cute but reminds me of Beverly. If you use it, I prefer it spelled Everly.

  • Georgia is cute. Everly is Meh. Hartley is God awful.
  • I really dislike Georgia
  • I like Everly spelled this way..

Hartley I don't like at all sorry   just seems harsh and I feel would be mistaken a lot for Harley which I hate for a girl

Georgia- Love Love Love!  no nn's just use the name

  • My vote is for Hartley
    having a baby
