Nursing moms- dress

I just noticed that the Patagonia Margot dress is on sale (link below). I LOVE this dress. It was so easy to nurse DD in it through all stages and I still wear it a ton now. I always get compliments on it. It's one of my favorite dresses ever.

    Looks really cute but how low is it in the front? I have small proportions on the waste up (high boobs is another way of explaining it!) so often v-necks are too low for me. Can you wear a strapless bra underneath?

    I'm able to wear normal bras under it, but I think too much would show of a strapless bra (since they tend to be higher instead of V-cut).
