Mini vacation destinaion....close

So MIL has offered to watch DS for a couple days but I don't know many places that we could get to easily. We are outside Sac and would rather go somewhere we could sight see but not feel like we didn't see it all if we couldn't get to everything in 2 days-if thy makes sense.

    What we do when we have baby sitting for a getaway is find the nicest hotel deal we can afford. We are going the the raddison by the sf airport in a few weeks. It is on special for super cheep and really nice. Let's face it all Dh and I do is ummm.... well each other, and eat really good food , when we go just us for a mini vacation.
