? for those who have a Baby Jogger Stroller

How does it manuever over bumpy sidewalks? We live in an older neighborhood, so the sidewalks are cracked and bumpy with tree roots, etc... That was one thing I hated about taking DS on walks in our Combi when he was smaller, those bumps would always startle him. Whereas our jogger is a much smoother ride for him. Any experieces with this?

 TIA!

ETA: I'm specifically looking at the City Select

  • We have a City Select, and though it is much better than the Graco travel system stroller we have (I swear, I thought he was going to shaken baby syndrome from the bumpy sidewalks in that thing!), it isn't as smooth as our Bob....

  • We have the City Elite (sorry, no help), but the big rubber wheels rock over any terrain.
  • We have the city select.  It's not as smooth as the BOB but it still goes over rough terrain well...just not as easily/smoothly as the BOB.

  • We have the city mini double and it is great on bumpy roads and even off road.  It manuvers much better than my graco ever did.  I have honestly not found anything I don't like about the baby jogger.
