My daugter is allergic to milk, egg and soy (among other things), and I was looking for a good recipe so we can give her more breakfast type foods. TIA!

We LOVE the pancake mix from The Cravings Place (www.thecravingsplace.com)!!!! It makes awesome, fluffy pancakes & it is the easiest one we've found cause you just add water or milk sub & that's it! Their muffin & cookie mixes are also fantastic. Our local natural foods store carries a lot of their products but you can also order online. Good luck!

To replace an egg in a pancake or quick bread recipe you can use ground flax seed! For 1 egg, just use 1 Tablespoon ground flax to 1 Tablespoon water, stir, and microwave for a minute (long I know), the flax releases it's oils and coagulating properties and it's consistency is very egg-like (which is what you need to bind the egg together). It also gives the recipe more fiber and omega 3s. Just make sure LO is not allergic to flax (I don't think it is common, but can happen).
IDK if wheat is a problem for you, but Bisquick contains only wheat. And i actually think they make a wheat free version, but you might have to order it or get it at like WHole foods...

We use this one too!
I've also used the Chocolate Chip Muffin mix they make and added 2 over ripe bananas to the mix to make them Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins.
