    We found her through a nanny agency- called OCOscars.com.   They charge a finders fee.  We have been very happy with the nanny we found through them though.  Our nanny started as a live-out but now lives-in and has long days- starts at 6:30am and ends around 5pm

    Mollycoddlers - 20 hours a week but you can get one for 50 if that's what you need.
