Intro...FTM with GD

Hi everyone.  I just wanted to introduce myself - my fellow September Moms recommended I check out your board.  I found out today that I have GD.  I've already scrolled through a page or two of posts and I can already see that there will be a lot of information and support on here for someone new to GD.  So, thanks!

I'm still scared, overwhelmed, and a little shocked, but hopefully the meeting with the dietician will help calm me down.  Being the type of person I am, I know I just need a plan that I can work on, and then the mystery part will be over.  I'll probably lurk most of the time, but please forgive the occasional dumb question!
