I have my next appointment on 8/8 first I have to go get blood drawn for the quad screen and then I have my OB appointment..I am getting a bit anxious knowing those results will be coming up soon and debating about an amnio.

I am sending you lots of T&Ps for a great quad screen results and that there be no need for an amnio!!

How is everyone this week? I am doing good, can't believe I am 16 weeks already?! I feel like I just POAS and got that BFP!!! The nausea is lifting although not completely gone and my appetite is coming back. This is a good thing because my OB got a little upset with me last Thurs when she saw my weight was down again, 11lbs total.

Milestones? MOVEMENT!!!! It started last week and it's really inconsistent but it's so cool to feel the baby moving. He/She also hates the doppler and kicks it anytime I put it on my belly.

Concerns? None really just taking it one day at a time.

Appointments? 8/23 is our A/S and 8/25 is our next OB appt.

Anything else? It feels like January will be here before we know it, I've had a lot of anxiety in recent days thinking about being a mom to 2 and having DH on night shift (he starts next week). I am basically going to be a single parent (as is he during the day) for the next 3 years!! YIKES!!!

FX on your appointment!!!!

Concerns? Same as always. What if the heart stops yada yada.

Appointments? The 2nd part of mt NT Scan is on August 19th.

Anything else? I guess my doctors office doesnt look at the gender until 20 weeks. When I mentioned getting an u/s at my 2nd NT Scan appointment he said that they would check around 20 weeks. When she looked during my scan she said she didnt see anything there so she would guess girl but it was still a little too early. I cant wait to find out the gender!

Good luck at your next appt, and I will be sending lots of T&Ps...

How is everyone this week? I am feeling pretty good, but bump sorta grew over night and I look like I am bout 26 weeks pregnant rather than 13..I have already gotten stranger comments and when I say I am not due to January people look bewildered and I feel stupid!

Milestones: 2nd tri tomorrow (for the bump) although I have felt that I was in 2nd tri since 12 weeks b/c that is what my doctor calls 2nd tri. I am anxiously awaiting movement but I didn't feel my DD until 22 weeks b/c of an anterior placenta so I'm not holding my breath.

Concerns: None, actually for the first time since I POAS. I am enjoying being pregnant this week!

Appts: 8/11 for my normal OB Check Up and I think I should get my A/S script then. I will also have an appt on 8/30 to check my cervix before I fly to Ireland ( my doc is just doing this to be over cautious..he doens't think there will be any issues).

Anything else? My sil just had her baby yesterday and although I am extremely happy for them...I got a little pang of jealousy, which I know is crazy. Yesterday I just really wanted to fast forward 6 mths so I could be showing off pics of my new baby..I know I know my time will come (hopefully!!)

How is everyone this week? Doing pretty good, I think its starting to sink in that I'm really pregnant and this might really happen. Wow.

Milestones?

Concerns? Just the usual, I keep getting random sharp pains but I assume its RLP and stretching.

Appointments? My A/S is the 19th!!! I am SOOO excited!

Anything else? I keep weighing myself and I'm actually down a pound... I started off overweight so its not really a concern and probably a good thing, but my appetite is still pretty lacking. At the same time the weight must be shifting b/c I am starting to get a belly, Dh even brought it up yesterday. Its getting harder to hide it at work and yeah... I need to invest in some more maternity clothes b/c I realized half my shirts won't cover the band on my maternity jeans anymore and they sit funny on my scrub pants. Yay!

How is everyone this week? doing ok! In my second trimester now (yay!) and waiting for some relief. some days i feel ok, and others i feel like total crap.

Milestones? being out of the first trimester! every day is a milestone now since i've never been this far.

Concerns? concerns are lessening, however, i think until my next appointment and i hear the heartbeat and make sure i made it out of the first trimester, i'll still worry. my last appointment was at 12 weeks.

Appointments? I have a precaution appointment coming up on August 5th for before i go on travel for work, then i have one for when i get back from travel on September 1st, then my next appointment, we should know what the baby is!!!!!!!!!

Anything else? still having trouble with the breathing, but the heart palpitations have lessened!

How is everyone this week? I am doing pretty good. I am ready for the appetite to decrease. It seems like I am always hungry. I am still getting sick some, but not near as much as before.

Milestones? I am 14 weeks!!!! Yea!!!

Concerns? Just the usual that something is going to go wrong.

Appointments? My next appointment is not until 8/17. Then I go in on 8/31 for AS. The tech thinks that she already knows what we are having so she is hoping to let us in on the secret on 17th instead of having to wait until the 31st. My aunt did some test with a pencil and swears that we are having a boy and a girl so I am interested in seeing what the ultrasound shows.

Anything else? Ummm....not really anything else. Is anyone thinking about having a gender reveal party? People around here just heard about them so they all think that it would be the greatest thing for us to do. I have not talked to DH about it yet.

How is everyone this week? Doing alright except I am exhausted all the time. Also RLP and cramps are back with a vengence.

Milestones? Still pregnant.

Concerns? I feel like it has been so long since I saw the hb, that I'm getting ansy for me next appt.

Appointments? August 4th is my next appt w/ my OB and then the a/s on Aug 15th. I'm hoping the OB will do u/s to put my mind at ease.

Anything else? I totally forgot about an appt I had on Monday to go in and get blood drawn. I didn't even realize I missed it until this morning! I guess baby brain is already setting in. Thank goodness they can squeeze me in tomorrow to make up for it.

Good luck with the test Jen!

How is everyone this week? I'm doing pretty well this week, the nausea has definitely subsided and the headaches are intermittent. I have been having more half caf beverages so that may have something to do with it.

Milestones? 14 weeks tomorrow, yea!

Concerns? Not that concerning, but I've been kind of backed up (sorry, tmi). last week there was some blood mixed in with my bowel movement that really scared the crap (lol) out of me, but once I increased my greens all seemed fine. Reminds me, I need to eat a salad for lunch today.

Appointments? 16 week appt on Aug. 11. Can't wait!

Anything else? We saw my parents last weekend and my mom brought home a doppler from the doc's office she works in so we got to hear the heartbeat, yea! So nice to not wait four weeks.

Milestones? Im still pregnant! Woot Wotot!

Concerns? Baby HB seems to be getting lower every time I go in 170, 165, 159, 139. That makes me worrie alot

Appointments? 2nd blood draw for NT scan 8/4, then A/S 8/22 along with OB apt that same day

Anything else? Congrats to us Jan 2012 ladies!!!

GL to everyone on your upcoming appointments and congrats to all you lovelies celebrating graduation to 2nd tri!

How is everyone this week? Tired and queasy. M/s is still going strong.

Milestones? I *think* I felt LO move the other day. It didn't feel like a flutter, more like a little thump and a roll.

Concerns? Waiting for more movement and jumping at every gas bubble

Appointments? Holy moly! A/s, triple screen and OB appt on August 11th. I think I'm going to just take the day off.

Anything else? Coming around to the realization that I really am pregnant and omg I love my baby so much!

Good morning January Momma's

Jen I hope your appt. goes well- I'll keep my fingers crossed.

How is everyone this week? I am doing pretty darn well! Had our NT Scan on Monday and we had a healthy little wiggle worm moving about in there. It has incredible to see that little life in there.Milestones? I'll hit 13w tomorrow and will officially hit my 2nd tri on Sunday.Concerns? The usual "what if something happens" worries, but they are slowly getting better.Appointments? Next one isn't until 8/31- first week of school and so far away! Luckily I go back to work in a week so I will be inundated with scheduling and won't have as much time to think about it.

Anything else? We have started telling people, and will officially come out completely to my massive family this weekend. So excited and nervous!!!!!

Hi January moms!

How is everyone this week? Still feeling a little pukey. My heartburn is getting worse and worse already, ick.

Milestones? 2nd Tri! And after the NT scan last week we started telling everyone about LO.

Concerns? My SCH still hasn't gotten any smaller. But, the placenta still looks good and baby is measuring on track and very active, and LO is almost as big as the SCH now -- at the beginning the SCH was 4x the size of LO. I just really really want it to reabsorb. But realistically I'll just find something else to worry about if it does.

Appointments? We had a great NT scan on thursday and our odds with the 1st tri bloodwork are really low--we'll still do the quad screen in a couple of weeks but that was a huge relief. The jellybean was wiggling like crazy, too! Next appointment isn't until the 8th.

Anything else? It feels so good for people to be excited about LO. It's been a little terrifying telling people, but I wasn't going to be able to hide it much longer anyway.

I hope everyone is doing well this week.

How is everyone this week? - I'm doing okay. Feeling pretty good physically, although my lower back has been acting up and I am definitely having lots of RLP at this point. I'm starting to show, but right now it just looks like I have gotten fat.

Milestones? - Every day is a milestone now that I am further along than I have ever been. And I think I felt some movement the other evening.

Concerns? - I'm starting to get that in between appointment paranoia which is making me worry about every little thing.

Appointments? - I go in for my early GTT this Friday, physical therapy for my back on 8/5 and my next OB appointment on 8/8.

Anything else? - I swear if it's not one thing, it's another. Mom is feeling better, but DH's dad is in town from China (he is an a-hole) and we have to see his this weekend, which I am dreading. And I have more job uncertainty. I am not even sure who I am reporting to at the moment.

We are going to have a gender reveal party thing with our parents and SD. Not a huge party, just immediate family, but the same idea. This was our compromise on waiting to find out.

How is everyone this week? Doing great! So happy to still be pregnant and to have a growing belly :-)

Milestones? Starting to feel some flutters here and there! Baby definitely does NOT like the doppler and always moves out of the way when I try to use it!

Concerns? Nope

Appointments? Monday, Aug.1 and I?m hoping baby will cooperate so we can find out the sex! If not, the next app. will be a few weeks after that

How is everyone this week? doing well but a very stressful week.

Milestones? Early AS went well. The doc called today and said i have a low lying placenta. No heavy lifting, no sex, no orgasm...which certainly wont be a problem for me.

Concerns? Next AS is at 20 weeks and of course i will again be terrified.....

Anything else? Definitely feeling movement now!!!!!! no mistaking this for gas!

Hey ladies! Sorry for the late check-in - crazy day! I accidentally ate a cookie with walnuts in it (allergic) and had to take Benadryl. It knocked me out as soon as I got home from work. So that's the worry for the day!

Other than that things are good. I felt some flutters the other day, but nothing big yet. I have bloodwork on the 1st and my next appt. on the 8th.
