Did you continue your workouts during treatments and the 2WW?
During my break cycles, I have gotten into a better workout routine and I would like to keep it up but I don't want it to affect my treatments and chances of getting my BFP.
I work our 3-5 times a week at a pretty high intensity on the elliptical, abs and weights. But like you, I was concerned about working out during treatments, the 2ww and now that I know I'm pregnant.
I'm still working out as frequently, but I'm doing lower intensity workouts. I walk on the treadmill, use smaller weights and stopped abs all together. My RE's instructions were to do low impact activities and keep lifting to less than 25lbs. I don't lift that much in weights, but Jacob is well over 30lbs, so there's not much I can do about that!
I totally know how you feel... And I think you have to do what you are comfortable with. I had gotten into a great workout routine before our transfer, but I personally couldn't workout during the 2ww. It was just one of those things I knew might cause me to blame myself if it didn't work. But that was me. So I would decide for yourself with your doctor's advice what you can do without any regret if things don't work. good luck!!!
Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation. Because we're fancy like that.
I was told not to work out at all during the 2ww and I made the decision to not work out until I get into the 2nd tri. To me, it is not worth the anxiety iworking out might cause me.
After 21 cycles, and severe MFI, we finally did it with IVF #1 w/ICSI! Nico arrived 12/3/08!!!

I stopped going to the gym to do spinning classes and lift weights when I was in my 2ww - just to be safe. I took walks instead.
