I live in "fear" in the morning of 1 waking up the other 2. I just can't have all 3 up for the day at 6:00. Nat is just like me, a super light sleeper. If I step on a creaky spot her eyes shoot open. So if B is up making noise I have to hussle out of bed and get him.
6:08... B is crying, I put in his paci and shusssh him. Lay back in bed.
6:20... B is awake again, shussh him back to sleep. Lay back in bed, fall asleep.
6:37... Nat is wide awake and babbling but B is asleep so I go to the kitchen and start her bottle, turn on the TV, brush my teeth.
6:45... I walk into the nursery with warm bottles and they're both out like lights. Guess I get a little alone time, lol.
*Now it's 7:30 and no-one is up. omg I would have died to sleep in til 7:30!
Re: The joys of twins at dawn...
Haha it so does!
OMG, Mrs - I hate hate hate that with just one baby! I can't imagine with 3. And you know the second you try to lay back down and relax, all three pairs of eyes will pop right open.

lol the girls have done that to me before too!
Hey and while we're at it, I have a question. At night when one wakes up to eat, do you wake the other? I have been doing that to keep them on the same schedule. Catherine wakes up every 3 hours on the nose, but sometimes I really have to wake Emily to eat and then force to her eat and I wonder how long she'd actually go if I didn't wake her. But I'm scared that if I don't wake her up I'd just fall asleep and then she'd wake up. Any advice?
After 2 years, Injects, PCOS diagnosis and 2 IUI's, we were blessed with our beautiful twin girls!
Baby Girl #3!
ugh i can't imagine.
well i can partly, M was (and still is sometimes) that kind of sleeper... make noise/wake partly up, shush him back to sleep, lay back down... lather, rinse, repeat. i blame that game on why i was a zombie for so long.
but two different infant personalities and a toddler... you are my hero.
