Re: Anyone having CRAZY INTENSE dreams?

  • Oh man, I just woke up with the MOST intense, weird dream EVER!  And I've been having some pretty strange ones lately (well, 1st trimester anyway)  But this one tops the cake.  Mine was not baby related...

Me and DH were on a beautiful moonlit beach, when the moon sucked us up into its light, and replanted us in another dimension.  This dimension was full of savage warriors who were undergoing civil unrest...and at first we were the target of their killing.  It was sooo vivid...I got submerged in the water and almost turned into a corpse (that's what happened in that water...it was full of bodies, reminded me of LOTR)...but someone pulled me out.  It's all bits of pieces of weird dream memories from there...but...gah!  Weirdest dream ever.  Well, almost.

    What was your dream?

  • Yup. In fact, my husband just told me I've woken him up three nights in a row to ask if he also heard the doorbell ring. Oops.

Yes. Mine are really weird and really vivid.  They are very realistic and sometimes scary.
  • Haha. Yes ma'am... and just out right crazy.

This week I have successfully robbed a bank, been chased by criminals, and got angry at my husband because he wouldn't let me join his extra martial affair. Apparently it was normal he was having an affair, but not that he wouldnt let me join??

  • Mine are intense, for sure.  Sometimes scary, sometimes sexual. And then I feel guilty when I wake up because sometimes it's not my husband in the dream. Surprise

I have tons of sex dreams now, and I feel the same! Hahah. Except last night, my husband was a woman who turned out to have a penis that I was sleeping with.

This has happened to me too. I don't bother feeling to bad, being as it was only a dream but right when I wake up, I think what a terrible partner I am. Usually that will only be one dream out of 3-4 that night. Pretty intense though.

  • Oh yes, I have had CRAZY dreams. The weirdest one yet is I was in the delivery room with my husband and my Mom. I was told to push, so I push. Then there is nothing, I am told to push again. So I push again. My mother holds up my baby and says, "well, here he is". And it looks like one of the marionette puppets from the Sound of Music. I can laugh about it now, but it really freaked me out. Note to self... no more Taco Bell before bed.
  • I've been having nightmares for the last week and I wake up sweating and panting. Other nights I've had dreams of my fiance' cheating on me or asking me to do ridiculous things and I wake up glaring at him- or as he puts it "Getting the look of death". I know he didn't do anything but the dream still had me super pissed off haha. I figured the dreams came from all the intense stress we're under right now with a last minute move. I'm hoping next week my new roman bath tub will put me in a happier place with much better dreams. The last few have been about the baby being sick or unhealthy in some fashion. I could definitely do with less of those dreamsConfused
  • Absolutely! I am almost 36 weeks pregers and I have been having the weirdest dreams since about week 20. Sometimes they are so vivid I wake up wondering if it actually happened.
  • LMFAO! Big Smile

I am so glad that I posted this.  You ladies had me rolling.  It's so wierd how just being pregnant can make us have such strange and vivid dreams.  I'm glad I am certainly not alone.  Thanks for sharing your personal dreams with the board!Sleep
