Newb

I signed up for thebump when I first found out I was pregnant, but just started visiting the forums.  I wanted to introduce myself.

 My name is Brittany.  I have an almost 3 month old son we named Jacob Cade.  We call him by his middle name, Cade.  He was born at 34 weeks due to pre-e.  As of July 21 the little chunker weighs 13 lbs.  He spent 28 days in the NICU and was discharged with an apnea monitor.  He's my little man and the light of my life!
