Work at home jobs or idea for a tight budget family?

We just found out we do not have a babysitter for my 3 month old.  As a result I have to stay home. Anyone have any leads on stay at home jobs, or ideas/ resources on living on a tight budget with just one income?

Online resources aren't really reliable for stay at home jobs, and besides cutting back on non-necessary things and budgeting every expenses it is still quite difficult.

would you consider watching another baby/child? maybe something you could do 2 or 3 days a week? or when school starts maybe care for a child after school. Tutoring?  Just a couple thoughts. ;)

I've been consigning and selling on Ebay/Craigslist to bring in some cash. Also nice that it keeps 'stuff' out of landfills and will go to someone who you know needs/wants it.

    best of luck!

My husband and I work opposite shifts so there is no need for daycare.

Check out Cultural Care or EurAuPair for their Community Counselor Positions - AuPair in America is a good one to work for too - very flexible work and depending on how  many families you take on you can make decent money.
