Had NT Scan today! and SCH Question

We had our NT scan today- it went great! The measurement was  0.7, so even though we have to wait for b/w results,  the dr. said our risk for any issues is very low. The u/s itself was so amazing- we could see our LO jumping around, touching his/her arm to his face, see the heartbeat so clearly. The tech got us some great pictures!

The only concern is that they found a very small subchorionic hematoma- I have not had any spotting/bleeding and it wasn't there at my 8 week u/s. The MFM did not seem concerned at all about it, but they are having me come back at 16 weeks for another u/s to see if it's gone. I'm trying to take a cue from her and if she seemed calm about it, I will be calm about it. But has anyone else had a SCH found later on?


After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!

    My SCH was very obvious because I had bleeding, but it isn't uncommon to have no symptoms at all. Sounds like yours is very small and not of much concern so I wouldn't be too worried about it...Hope it resolves soon!

    No advice on the SCH, but glad your risk is low based on the NT scan...that's a relief. Best of luck at your next u/s.
    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN

    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.
