salmon - brush it with olive oil and s and p. thinly slice an onion - brush the slices with olive oil and layer on top of the salmon. Broil about 10-12 minutes until done. The onion slices will nicely caramelize and be oh so tasty and sweet.
Also, I think I used every possible mistype of onion possible in this post.
I made a crockpot dish of shredded BBQ chicken, served with leftover rice a roni and some frozen corn. It was good, but I should have sprung for some better BBQ sauce than the Kroger brand.
Re: WFD?
taco tuesday!
You can do chicken tacos, cheesy chicken rice casserole, bbq -chicken
Cheeseburgers on the grill with a tomato & onion salad.
You can grill the chicken & serve over a salad, maybe?
We'll have leftovers of some sort- either tacos/taco salad or a penne, turkey, & veggie bake I made this weekend.
Either could be made with turkey.
Or lemon rosemary chicken & rice with roasted veggies sounds REALLY good right now. Maybe I'll freeze our leftovers and make that for dinner tonight.
Ahahaha, for a second I thought this was your suggestion to me. I was thinking, why did she assume I had a garden?
LOL. No I have zucchini coming out my ears. We'll all be sick of it soon. Really though, the basil parmesan orzo is delish and super easy.

We did chocolate chip pancakes & scrambled eggs. I had extra choc chips & DH wanted pancakes. He's the reason I can't lose this baby weight!
DS had his first pancake today, sans choc chips. He loved it.
I say grill the chicken, it is too hot to turn on the oven.
