XP: Has anyone used LANACare Wool breastfeeding pads?

I've read good things about them, but they're expensive. I was wondering if any of you have had experience with them and if they're worth it. TIA

This is almost exclusively what I use.  I have two pairs and alternate.  Then when I wash them, I use my other pairs for a day or two until they are dry.

I love them, but they don't work well at first when you have a very forceful letdown.  I had to double them with hemp the first 2-3 months.  Now that she is older and my breasts aren't constantly about to explode (lol), I love them.  And they are soooo soft and comfy.

I have one pair I purchased to try. I agree that in the beginning they did not work well with a more forceful let down. I had quite a few leak throughs so stopped using them.  I haven't tried them again recently, but I bet they would be fine now. I did find them very comfortable.  Also, I wear nursing tanks alot, and they provided a smoother look under those than the sposies (lansinoh) ones I usually wear.

  • Thanks for the feedback! I think I'll try them.
  • I am mildly allergic to wool, so they sound HORRIBLE to me. ;)
