Need Advice ASAP

 Sorry if this sounds silly...

 I take a hydroxyprogesterone shot every week - I usually take it on Monday nights.  This week, we have had a heck of a week with other pregnancy related problems and I forgot to take it last night.

Dr. has stressed to me that it is imperative to take the shot every week and not to miss one as this can cause pre-term labor. 

I will take the shot as soon as DH gets home in a few hours - is this ok or should I call my dr??
