How do you know your supply dropped?

If you EBF, how do you know that your supply has dropped?  Just curious what the 'signs' are.

    I constantly see posts saying that peoples supplies have gone down especially when AF returns.  Still hoping someone who has experienced this will chime in.

     that's it. and if you pump, you pump a lot less than usual.

    I was able to tell when I was at work and pumping I noticed the amount I was pumping was drastically lower than normal.
