My husband and I have lived in Sarasota for 4 years now and we have not really met a long of young working families like ours. Where do you guys meet other people your age in Sarasota?

My husband and I are moving to the Sarasota area in the next couple of months. I would be interested to see any responses you get. We have one son who is 6 months old.
Do you live in Sarasota or one of the surrounding areas? We are going to be looking for an area that has some younger residents and fun things to do etc.
How old is your child/children? I will also be a working mom once I find a job. We are transferring for my husbands job.
