Update on houseguests

I've posted a few times about DH's family staying with us since the 5th (MIL, SIL and her 2 teenagers).  It's been a trying time, just having people in your space all.day.long.

Karma must hate me because of my posts about them! Yesterday we pack the family, DD and all the luggage into DH and my cars (is that proper English?). Off to the airport we go, for the record it was sad saying goodbye to them. I especially felt bad for DH since he was getting teary saying bye to his mom and then lost it in the parking garage elevator. Crying We had waited with them until they had about 45 mins until boarding. DH and I get home and what happens, SIL calls the flight is delayed 1 1/2hrs (then eventually canceled), they will miss their connection in NY. DH figures out another way for them to get home, the NEXT day. HA HA! Load DD back up into my car, DH in his and back to the airport we go to pick them up. This must be how Bill Murray felt in Groundhog Day...back to airport we go today!
