Just came back from the allergist with my 13 month old son and yes it was confirmed that he has a milk allergy as well as a peanut allergy. They gave me a long list of what to avoid on labels but what about the list of foods I can give him? Anyone with any suggestions would be great! Thanks.
Peanuts are easy to avoid in my experiences, but milk is in everything. You are just going to have to look at the listed ingredients on things or look at the section under the ingredients that should usually be in bold and it lists the common 8 allergens that are or may be in the product. GL to you! Its a heck of a thing to deal with, but once you get the hang of it,it will get tolerable. We have been doing it for 14 months now.

Allergic to Dairy, Eggs and Peanuts

Allergic to Peas...so far
IMO personally milk and peanuts aren't too bad to avoid, i think soy is the worst one i had to deal with b/c soy is in everything. I feel like milk is easy to avoid since there are many vegans out there.
All the stuff i use is milk/soy/peanut/egg free so it might be too extreme, but here are my favorites that you always find in my house.
if you have a health food store near you, get almond butter (But make sure it's not cross contaminated with peanuts).. i only found one without it having a cc label and my son loooves it!
