okay ladies.... LO is 8 weeks old and guess what... I'm still bleeding....

since i gave birth... it hasnt stopped... it SUX....

this morning it got worse... so I think i actually have my period now.

i told the dr.... they said totally normal - I had an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay and the placenta was totally gone....

yup - everything is good..... just natural.....

uuuggghhhh... the heat, breastfeeding, and bleeding... fun fun fun fun

no wonder why i dont feel sexy in the least bit... whaaaaa

    Ugh, that does suck.  I'm sorry, that's a lot to deal wit for a very extended amount of time. :(  Hope you get some relief sometime soon!

    I bled for 8 weeks as well, but it got really light in the last couple of weeks and I didn't have cramping or anything.  Has you been experiencing pain, and is the bleeding heavy?  I ask because my SIL was told that all of the placenta was gone and had ultrasounds that "proved it."  She was in a lot of pain and bled for FOUR MONTHS before another doctor told her she had a significant amount of the placenta remaining and needed surgery to remove it.

    I'm at 7w2d PP and I'm still bleeding, too.  No pain or anything... just very annoying.

    Currently... Pregnant with mo/di BOY TWINS!  Due September 15.  Latest induction will be 37w.
