Tacoma, Federal Way, Kent, Auburn area OB/GYN recs?

Although I loved my OB @ Swedish, it just does not make sense for me to go up there for my annual exam.  I hate to just use Google to decide on a new lady doctor, so if anyone sees someone they love in my area, I'd appreciate the info.  I am in N. Federal Way.  I prefer to see a man, but that's not a firm requirement for me.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    This is probably further than you want to drive (and a female) but I just started going to Pearl Place Women's Center in Tacoma - they seemed pretty cool when I went to my first annual/appointment there a few weeks ago :)

    I go to Dr. Boutry at Tacoma Women's Specialist.  The office is by Mary Bridge.  I also have a recommendation of who not to see:  Dr. Nichols.  Nothing absolutely horrible, but not worth the waste of time and effort :)

    I LOVE my doc, she's a family practitioner who also does pap smears/delivers babies.  But, she's in Bonney Lake - Dr. Julie Komarow.  I really adore her!

    I really love my OBGYN, Dr. MaryEllen Maccio in Auburn at Valley Women's Health Care - she does a great job and is very personable.  I have also heard nice things about Dr. Bigler at the same office.  The only thing to know is that she often is running behind because she's delivering babies - you can see her running back and forth across the street to and from the hospital. 

     Edited to add:  She also came in on her day off to induce me because she wanted to be the one to deliver him.  It was so nice of her!

    How funny, I was about to reply, and I noticed that ChristineVet said EXACTLY what I was going to say!  Dr. Maccio delivered two of my friends' children before me as well, thats where I got her name.  She is absolutely wonderful, and so is the rest of her staff.  Good luck!

    I've gone to Darla @ Advanced Women's Health in Tacoma for 10+ years (minus pregnancies).  Their whole office is really great.

     Tanya, who does the ultrasounds there is the best!!  She always gave us so many pics, even though we were having ultrasounds all the time (I think we had 14 or so total including the MFM specialists and cardiologist).  Sad I don't get to see her again unless I have more babies!
